Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or subscribing to Nexus Tech Pharmacy ("Software", "Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the software services.

2. Software License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Pharmacy Point of Sale platform solely for your pharmacy, retail medical store, or hospital dispensary management in accordance with your active subscription tier.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute your account credentials to unauthorized third parties.
• Use the platform for any illegal dispensing or counterfeit drug distribution.

3. SaaS Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected during registration. We accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Direct Bank Transfer, and Credit Cards. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay after a 7-day grace period may result in temporary software suspension.

4. Pharmacy Data Ownership & Backups

You retain 100% ownership of your patient records, prescription logs, medicine inventory lists, and financial sales data. You may export your entire database to Excel or CSV at any time without restriction. We maintain encrypted backups, but recommend pharmacy managers download regular weekly stock reports.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from internet interruptions, local hardware failures, or incorrect drug dosage entries made by counter staff.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
